OK, bear with me on these---I just wanted to show what I did to make 'impromptu' centerpieces with amaryllis bulb blooms and garden posies for the RU in Cincy last weekend when the inclement weather forced the gathering to move to our house...
I think it's a nice way to use amaryllis bulbs on their 'second bloom' after Christmas (when you might otherwise be tired of them)...
And this is another soup tureen arrangement---
I took an hippeastrum 'Aphrodite', then dug some narcissus 'Hawera' and some muscari (can't remember the kind) from the garden and planted them altogether with pansies.
It sits on my desk here and it's like a little bit of the garden right here in my office...
