I posted a picture over in Identification Forum, hoping to get this critter identified.

Perhaps someone here can help me learn the name of and benign control for this critter I find lurking on the underside of brugmansia leaves during the day. The body is vey soft, and easily squished - but they are so gosh durn small!!
