We just bought this bird two days ago, we went to Izmir for 3 days, and I had been looking at these birds in Bodrum, but they were very expensive, but I found them for half that price in Izmir.
She is a Peach Breasted Love Bird.....I dont have much experience with birds, I am hoping to learn as we go.....
Anyone here have one of these birds and can give me some tips? for example when she is chirping, is she happy or ticked off? I put her on the balcony and she started chirping at a much louder rate, brought her in she quieted a bit...
I gave her an apple slice, and it was gone in 5 minutes, I went to look in her cage, and she had just bitten off bites and flung them in the cage? whats with that? did she not like it???
Any tips you all can give me would be greatly appreicated.
