It's a brug for sure, but I don't know which one. Maybe someone who has knowledge of the varigatied cultivars will come along and let you know. Just my best guess is that it is a sauveolens.

Greenwell Springs, LA(Zone 8b)

really pretty, huh?

Harlem, GA(Zone 8a)

Pretty isn't the word....Wow! 22 that is Gorgeous! Looks like a brug to me too, I have to agree with David. Man, if I had to guess, it looks like a snowbank???? Hope someone comes along and can answer more specific, it's just a guess...all I know is it's aweful pretty. :)

omgoodness...One question, what store did you find this at?????? lol I may have to look at ours if so...if we have one lol!!!!

Welcome to the Brug forum where you will learn a wealth of knowledge through new friendships and those with knowlege beyond belief! lol Everyone is great here, you'll love it!

yes...i think i might be starting to get a little addicted.......

i tried to bring up some red brugmansia seeds and it did not work....so i'm a little upset. but i have four little cuttings going of white, peach, and yellow ones and i have a pretty large beautiful white one. i really like that one alot because it is one single large trunk that is almost perfectly straight. the tree itself is about four feet tall.

Houston, TX(Zone 9b)

That is a Brug. suaveolens variegata. Probably. I dont' think it's Klerx variegata - the flowers look different. It's definitely a variegated suav or suave cross, though.

East Texas, United States(Zone 8a)

that is a fine looking plant

Greenwell Springs, LA(Zone 8b)

thank you you guys sure are nice. i would love to get into the propagation like yall do...crossing species and all that.

anyone have a website i could go to that would have more information on that?

Hi Niki. Welcome to Dave's Garden and the Brug forum. Your plant is beautiful.

Greensburg, IN(Zone 6a)

your flower is lovely but it looks like it is growing UP like a Datura, or is it the angle you have taken the picture

Tellico Plains, TN(Zone 7b)

you really don't want to start with an unknown brug .... so you can send it to me hahahahahahaha (just kidding)

You got a real beaut there !

Greenwell Springs, LA(Zone 8b)

lol, scooter

no...it grows upward.

Harlem, GA(Zone 8a)

There was another thread that had varigation on a datura...maybe this is like one of those??? Dat's do grow upward...Again...beautiful 22

Greensburg, IN(Zone 6a)

Datura grows UPWARD Brugs grow downward, so that is a varigated Datura, and a lovely one

Jerome, MI(Zone 5b)

Yep standing in line..if this is a Datura...when it finishes..the bloom...you will have a seed pod....self...polinating?spelling....so standing in line...Kidding....great looking for sure..would love to find one like yours...in my garden center....but not a chance...lol...

Gulfport, MS(Zone 8a)

That one would be worth growing just for the foliage.

Question tho, i dont grow dats, so i dont know. Are the stems and trunks the same woody type as a brug? I'm looking at the photo and it looks remarkably like a brug..from what i do remember about dats, they never got that thick.

Judsonia, AR(Zone 7b)

Shame you can't take another picture with a diff view, one without you holding on tothe flower to make sure it's not a brug or datura, I didn't think missouri marble datura was that variegated. if it's a datura , it's some kind of cross if possible. mayb e the flower was just laying ontop of some leaves to make it pointing upward like a datura. It is beautiful though.

watch for that seed pod on the datura, it will be round and kind of prickly looking. like a gum ball from a gumball tree LOL. brug seed pods aren't shaped that way. then you'll know for sure if it's a dat or brug.

Tellico Plains, TN(Zone 7b)

Glasshouse Works has Missouri Marble Dat

The pic at the beginning does not look like a dat flower IMO

Plus the stems are not red like a dat

I would guess it's a suaveolens Variegata ? ?

Hi Niki. I believe what you have is a suaveolens variegata Brugmansia.
The leaves and flower shape are different from any other variegata.

Wichita, KS

Hi, Niki
I like your name ;-)

Which store did you find this at? Inquiring minds WANT to know>>>LOL

glad you found out you were holding the flower up *S* I would love a varigated Brug like that.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Logees and Kartuz used to carry this one. I haven't checked this year.

Ventura, United States(Zone 10b)

I agree Brugmansia suaveolens variegata:
