I am still off the net without email and going thru withdrawal. Didn't realize what a junkie (both dave's and other) I have become. So my silence is not intended. Am currently over at my niece and nephew's borrowing their connection and hope to have my machine back in full battle ship order by the end of the month.
Will post pics then (of all the babies i have brought home from the GH) and will make discs for all ru attendees of the other pics.
It was a great time and will forward to the next one.
Pam the water lilies are growing great guns now so i had best start digging that pond.
my withdrawal
YaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaHooooooooooooooooooooo!!!! Jagonjune is back with us again (even if only temporarily) Ü
Take pics of the making of your new pond please!!! *Ü*
p.s. NEVER start a thead with *my withdrawal*! ;)
Good to see you back Lynn, even if temporarily. I see you've been having some pretty great weather.
Nice to hear from you again, Lynn. We missed ya'.
I was getting worried there, so quiet for a while then "my withdrawal"
Glad to hear it's computer trouble and nothing else. You've been having great weather, and I'm glad everyhting is getting a good start for you.
Pictures of your yard, gardens and the pond process would be appreciated too Lyn, not to add to much pressure on you!
Welcome back, Lynn. I wondered where you had gone, or if you were hand heating the brugs to get them out of the barn.
Without your computer, you probably have been cooking up/making/trying out new yummies. What is name of your restaurant - offline if that is too much dread advertising.

Business owners can't give links to their own business but the rest of us can. :)
That's nice of you Pam, for realizing that and stepping in with that link.
I agree....glad to hear from you, Lynn - but that thread title freaked me out! I hear ya, about the withdrawal - I spent a mere week without internet access, and really, really missed DG. Good thing Linda let me borrow her computer for a few minutes, or it could have been ugly. :-)
Looking forward to pics of your RU plants whenever you can, Lynn. I'll try to post mine this weekend too. Are you still volunteering at the greenhouse? How's that going?

Merci, Lilypon, back to extra sweater gear here in YWG.

Hey Ginny, I was in Winnipeg yesterday...at the airport, that is. We had an hour layover. The fields around town look pretty good, not a lot of standing water.
When will you - the Cdns - learn that we are VERY USED to visiting at airports. Rats. Would have been fu n to meet you. So you are AL WARNED> When changing planes in YWG - LETUS KNOW> Tiny airport. Good for Coffee.

That's true...and it has a good bookstore too. Sorry Ginny, it never occurred to me until I was typing in this thread. I transfer through Wpg often between Stoon and Ottawa, so will definitely call or DG-mail next time to see if you're free. Ditto if peeps are down here....but who ever has a layover in Ottawa? lol
Perhaps we could borrow Lynn's restaurant name for the new name for our forum. Thanks for posting this again, Pam. Maybe I'll get to eat there some day. Always find it intriguing. Dawn
