Does anyone know how to make Sofrito? I have been watching the new TV Show, "Daisy Cooks", on PBS. She made something called Sofrito, and she explained that it is a mixture that she divides into portions and keeps in the freezer, and uses it in a variety of dishes. Sounded like something very handy to have on hand.
Would like to know how to make it.
