Society Garlic (Tulbaghia violacea)
Beautiful photo! I love it with the orange in the background.
I have a small pot of the variegated leaf kind and love the flowers. It's not hardy enough to grow outdoors here though.
The variegated grows a lot less vigorously than this with the larger plain green foliage. It can quadruple in size in just a couple of years. So if you start off with a 1 gallon can plant, in a couple of years you will have more than you need. And two years later....more than you can give away. :-)
Thanks, it is such an easy no care plant and I love it in the Spring time with California poppies. :-)
