I realize that twenty2libras asked about Gladiolus, but since these are not regular Glads, didn't know if you might be interested.

Peacock Orchid bulbs Acidanthera Murielae Gladiolus

I have a bunch of these (my eyes were bigger than my flowerbed). The ones that I put in about 3 weeks ago are starting to push up. I know in my zone, I can put them in until at least May, so I would think you could use them. They are shown to be hardy in zones 8-11, but will work in other zones if lifted.
