Mozilla Firefox & Yahoo e-mail

I tried FF a few months ago and went back to IE. Thought I would try it again and already I'm getting discouraged. When I go into Yahoo e-mail my options to format the type are gone. I've looked high and low through Yahoo and can't seem to find an answer that fits or any way to contact them. So I guess my beef is really with Yahoo. I've contacted them before but it seems that I can't reach a place to do so now.

Any ideas?
