Turn Your Crockpot Into A Smoker
1 whole chicken
1/4 C liquid Smoke any style

Wash and pat chicken dry inside and out. Place in crockpot breast side down. Pour 1/4 C liquid smoke over the chicken. Cook 10 hours.

The instructions I got didnt say if it should be on high or low. it was so tender it just fell apart and was heavenly!! I may try this with a pork roast.
