Any suggestions on how to plant these? We use them in Asian dishes and last time at the grocery store I selected ones that had small side "attachemnts" (forget the proper term) to plant. Now I'm wondering how. Maybe OK in a container?

I have some growing in containers. Haven't used any in cooking but keep thinking I will. They will need to be repotted after a couple of years as the younger small tubers begin to crowd the pot. I bring the containers in when a freeze is predicted. One time I forgot and the foliage froze back completely but resprouted in spring.
