I am like a kid in a candy store right now with so many new spurs on my hoya's. I had forgotten this one was getting ready to bloom and almost missed out on it. I have to say that the flowers aren't all that attractive, but the foliage makes up for it.

Kewl, Patricia...are the flowers as orange as they look?

Livermore, CA(Zone 9a)

Hi Carol, The center of the flower is beige and the tips of the petals are an orangy pink color.

Patrica and Ric,
I am impressed with all your bloomers! What is your secret?
Thanks for sharing the photos!

Rich, I think mine have a more orangy tinge than your flowers do. Is this the one that you sent me a cutting of last year.

Mel, the only diffence for me is the greenhouse. After I about cooked them all at the beginning of winter when I took my shade cloth down, I put the cloth back up and everything started taking off. I am fertilizing a couple times a month with just a houseplant liquid fertilizer and between those watering I add some of the Eleanors VF-01

I almost cooked mine too! I just kept moving them around to different places in the greenhouse. Shade cloth will be up before they go back in at the end of the season, but that's a long, long time from now. I think all the winter sunlight helped though as I have lots of buds coming along.
