1)When I update Firefox, as soon as the installation is complete, I get a message saying that I have to restart my computer. Immediately after that a box pops up to download Firefox as if I were installing it for the first time. Do I need to go through that installation process or can I just skip that and restart?

2) If I go to Programs>Mozilla Firefox> I find 2 entries. One is Mozilla Firefox and the other is Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode). What is Safe Mode?
