Good luck with the Escargo. I recieved a huge one as a gift. There was 2 in the pot so gave one to my mother who is awesome with African Violets and Begonias. We had them for several months and no matter what we did they both expired. I have read that they are kind of tricky.

i tried growing african violets as a kid and they never made it. the escargo seem happy for the time being, tho.

I was told Escargot can be rooted the same way as African violets. I have been successful with AV, so my next effort will be w/ my Escargot.
