I dug out three NICE size, established Penstemon (Beard Tongue) today, hardy perennials. I'm not sure what color they are however, they are a mix of light pink, dark pink, fuchia and white. These have a great, full root system, will transplant easily. I am looking for nice coleus, named daylilies other than yellow, preferably purple, purple coneflower (double decker would be nice) or anything that would fit into a nice cottage garden. Also looking for Lobelia, Regatta Series. Or, tempt me! Iris too!
Thanks,
J
CLOSED: Have Penstemon
What are you looking for in iris? Named or un-named, siberian iris??
Maxine
Old heirlooms for my cottage garden, names would be really nice. Yep, Siberians,
Thanks!
James, I have purple coneflowers, you are welcome to.
James, if you are looking for an heirloom siberian iris, I have a purple one that was on the farm when we purchased it. No name. Its at least 60 yrs. old, that I know of.
Has a smaller flower than Ceasar's Brother, but pretty much the same color.
Also would have extra of "Four Fold White".

K Ladies,
Leme tell you, I have a REALLY small graden, really small. I can't fit that many varieties in there, and I have to make room for many varieties if I am going to make a cottage garden here. So, with that said, would you both be willing to just trade one variety? Terre, I could send you one nice Penstemon, VERY nice, for some Coneflower! And Maxine, I would like to try out your un-named Old Farm Purple Iris, two or three Rhizomes if you could. These are big, healthy Penstemon, ready to plane. I had an email yesterday, and the third Penstemon is already taken. If interested, lemme know k, need to get these outta here soon! Thanks ladies!
J
All of my plants were snatched up and traded out this morning. Thanks!
J
