I would love to trade some if I could get the things to grow here. Planted some super-healthy ones 3x in 2 different places.
Nuthin.

Oh, well. I guess they don't like Texas.

Well, I have been dying to plant these but not sure they will grow for me at all. I planted them once on the side of the house, where it doesn't get real bright. Nuthin.

Planted them on the other side, under some trees. Then again.

All three times I planted dormant roots. Are these up? Maybe I can try again with some active plants, if you have some.

What are you looking for in trade?

I'm pretty traded out on plants for awhile, have stuff coming up I planted from seed, all different things. I just posted a couple things on the plant forum, but I am looking for certain things in exchange for them. I plant mostly very dark and white things, if you like stuff like that I can get you some goodies later in the year when I know what I have. There are some plants coming up in my moon garden that I fall sowed, no clue what they are yet b/c they haven't flowered. I know I planted annuals & perennials.

I dunno, what do you like?

PS - I can send you lots of white iris in the fall.

vwetzel,
are you looking for other perennials or particular types of plants in exchange?
Shade or sun plants?

I got about a million of these in my woods right now. We went for a walk today and they were all blooming. The flowers smell pretty. I will take a picture tomorrow and post it. They grow in the low areas of deciduous woods. I am from Texas and have never seen them there. I don't think there are enough trees. They like moist, rich soil with lots of organic matter.

Witch - Maybe we can trade for something in the fall ok.

Skatayama - I looked at your list ,, do you have anything else to trade? I like perenials any kind. Please let me know if you have anything else to trade if you would like some mayapples.

Shadowgirl - We have these around but this year is the first year I saw them growing along the road by the trees where it is wooded. They dont stay in bloom long but they are a site when they are in bloom.
