i trimmed my beauganvilla. tree .. and it will not stop leaking. i trimmed it last year and this never happened. what can we do? tried that black goop...but the water still drips out after it balloons the tarry stuff.
the tree is going to die of thirst. and it is only about 4 feet tall...

Wish I could help, but I don't grow bougies. Hope someone will come along and give you an idea of how to solve the leaking problem.
thanks at least for the response, but the leaking has finally stopped. kind of like cutting a maple tree at the wrong time of year i guess.
