I was here and finally was able to get a pic of one of my new babies before my batteries died...LOL! the adorable model told me that is HER "pitty fower" LOL!

Any idea on the name of this one? (the flower I know the kid's name.... ;-> )

Sorry, don't have any ideas on the cultivar name.... I've just started giving my un-named violets nicknames, since it's pretty hard to ID them from so many possibilities. So I have "Big Blue" and "Purple Star White" and "Pink Girl"..... not very imaginative, but it helps me keep track of the offspring! :-)

Yup-- it looks like the either the Maine 2 or possibly the Alabama 2 (though I am leaning toward Maine) Thanks for the site!! Great pics - I ID'd another oe I am hoping to get from a leaf cutting....

BTW-- the darling model is my 2 year old, Rhiannon...

The AVS photo site is great. I could site ofr hours just looking at the pics ther...sad my AV's never look as god as those...lol

yup- she walks around the house telling me all my plants are "ReRe's fower!" she loves to "help" .
