Very pretty! I don't think those are in my area. I love it's scalloped wings.
Konkrete you are right! My butterfly book places them in the western and northern US.
It's shape looks like the Mourning Cloak. We supposedly have those in my area, but I still have never seen one!
I've only seen them at the local butterfly museum-they are lovely. Hope you see one!
