did i overwater? should i clip off tips or clip the whole blade?

In my experience, liriope is not a good indoor plant. It needs a lot of direct sunlight, and constantly moist soil with a low mineral content.

You can trim off just the tips. However, you may find that the rest of the blade discolors in time.
