If ya gonna Travel in Texas
thamks Charlie, we be taking a road trip b4 long!
Thanks Charlie. I'm starting my 2nd annual widflower/forgotten garden hunt this Friday. Always looking for places to go.
Don't forget South Padre Island, lol. And if you come down here you can visit me!
Cala, I would love to come see you! I sure hope gas prices will go down, I've already had to cut San Antonio out of my tour this year.
I went to McAllen yesterday, gas was 2.07 and by the time I got back to San Benito(where the office is) it was 2.19. I wanted to go to Gulfport to visit a friend, but will just have to wait now.
And they say on the news that they expect it to get worse this summer! I have to travel some for my job, but they aren't raising the amnt that we are re-imbursed for mileage. Grrr.
Maggie, I know exactly what you mean! I travel lots of miles for my job and no more money even with gas jumping 20cents overnight!
I'm afraid to go to the gas station as I head out today. I may have to start on medication! :-)
I've got my trusty camera with me to take pictures of anything interesting.
