I wondered all winter.....

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

If Northern Peaks would have the same very long tendrils it's 2nd year as it did last year.
It hasn't dissapointed me although this years tendrils are 1/2 in shorter at 4".
She's still a small plant so I have hopes that planted in the ground this summer the tendrils will grow just as long or maybe even longer than last year.
The flower opening in the background reminds me of a MG. The tendrils are so long one has wrapped itself around another one. LOL

I remember this one from last year Terry- A real beauty! Joelle

Ah Ha I remember this beauty...
Your darling GD called it the spider plant or it reminded her of a spider. I really like the tendrils and can see why a child would think so.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Pretty, pretty. The long tendrils set it apart from any other pink of it's color. A good reason for keeping this one.

San Jose, CA(Zone 9a)

Pretty and different! Do the tendrils raise up to the sides when the blossom matures more?! That I would love to see...

Thanks, snowhermit!! Then there is still a chance it might like it in my area, hot/humid, during the growing season. I long ago, well last summer, got over wanting to grow all of the beautiful ones that just don't like my area. But, I am going to give some a second chance, lots of the problem was my inexperience. I appreciate your reply!!!

Mc Call Creek, MS

Terry, that one is a keeper for sure! Those long tendrils and that beautiful soft pink color are very striking! 'The color reminds me of Shirley's light colored double pink....I think it's called Daydreams????
