I'm starting the new threads on Saturday now so I'm not so crowded for time on Sunday mornings. I hope that doesn't upset anyone's apple cart.
I did well at the cafe' last night. Since it just didn't work out for me to eat any lunch(I know bad move)I was really hungry by suppertime. I just had a scoop of mashed potatoes with some shredded cheese and a little Ranch dressing. Later I did eat some Texas toast with gravy. When I got home I had a few Cape Cod veggie chips with cheese spread. I did get my fluids in I think. This morning I had a chocolate SlimFast.
I've been doing 10 repititions on the AB machine at least once a day. I think I can tell the effects already.
