Nice one, Kathy!

One of my favorite plants...I love mine.

Since no one addressed your question on it's rarity....I'll give my opinion.

It's not particularly 'rare', but it's not comonly found, either (that helps, huh?? lol!) For example....I've never seen one available around here (and believe me, I look everywhere!) so I had to obtain mine (by cuttings) through trading....then I found small (4" pot) plants on ebay so purchased one and added it to my pot of cuttings for a nice, full plant.

Thanks nan, there's a nursery close to me that offers rare finds, she's high dollar, but worth the price, she has 5 or 6 diff hoyas there, some I have, 2 I didn't, I opted to buy this one, maybe the other one will still be there the next time I get some spare money, but I doubt it, I got the very last obovata she had, and she had 6 or 7 of them. I can't wait for blooms.

You will be pleased with the flower head, it is large and globular. I think it was a light pink, I have forgotten. Hi Carol. Norma
