About a month ago i started losing 3 or 4 leaves a week.
It seemed to stop for a week, now it's started again.
I haven't been overwatering it.
Does any body know what's wrong!
leaf drop-what's wrong?
What kind of plant is it?
A rubertree plant. Sorry I thought I listed that.
Uh-Oh! When that happened to me last year the plant died! I sure hope you have better luck. I was sick. How can a plant look strong and healthy one day, then be dead, dead, dead a week later??? (I was told I'd over-watered it. You???)
I haven't been testing the saoil, just watering when I watered because most need it once a week. I'll cut down.
Mine dropped almost all of its leaves when I changed its location-- I think because it was a place where it got too much light and I forgot to water it. Now it's back in the kitchen and it's recovering nicely. I've read that rubber trees can lose a lot of leaves and still recover, as is happening in my case. My houseplant book also says underfertilizing or overfertilizing can cause leaf drop, along with overwatering (the most common problem) and cold draughts. I hope your plant recovers!
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you! I was really sorry to lose mine! ~:-(
