wanted: tuberous begonias, and elephant ears

Pickens, SC(Zone 7a)

I would like a few tuberous begonias and elephant ears (I think I killed all of mine with good intentions). If you have any to share please look at my trade page and see if anything "catches your eye" :)

What kind are you looking for? I'll have to look in the bulb storage closet, but I think I have a few extra of the regular green Colocosia esculenta. I could also spare a start or two of the Imperial Taro, Illustrus I think its called-with the dark patches between bright green veins. Those I've got started in pots, with several babies the size of the 1 I bought last year(it increases vigorously). I'm interested in the iris and forsythia on your list.

I'm looking for any kind. I dont think I overwintered mine successfully. I'll PM you regarding the details.

I have many colocasia esculenta (green variety) elephant ear which I would be happy to mail to you for postage. The only problem with them is that they weigh. Right now walmart sells colocasia tubers for $2.95 a piece ... I think you can probably pickup a few there for the same price shipping would costs you. If you are interested, let me know and I will be happy to give them to you.
