Your New FAVORITE Pie Peach Sour Cream

Springboro, OH(Zone 6a)

I know it sounds weird, but this is seriously one of my very favorite pies, right up there with tart cherry :) There's no "sour" taste, just very yummy! :)

Crust for a 2 crust pie
1 Large can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1 Small can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1 Handful sugar

Drain the peaches well and slice them each once more so that they are half of the original thickness
Line pie pan with bottom crust
Sprinkle handful of sugar on crust bottom
Spoon in drained peaches (no thickening added at this stage)

Mix together:
1/3 C. flour
1/4 t. salt
1 C. sugar

Then mix in 1 C. sour cream and stir until mixture gets thinner
Pour sour cream mixture over peaches
Top w/ lattice crust (or just skip a top crust, but it's really tastiest w/ the lattice)
Sprinkle w/ cinnamon and sugar mix

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes
Reduce heat to 350 and bake an additional 40 minutes

Refriderate any uneaten pie, if there is any!!!! :) ENJOY!
