Heirloom veggies for south central TX?

I'm trying to get my sister in San Antonio set up with her new earthboxes and would LOVE to find a seed company or nursery in south central that can supply her with heirloom seed/plants suited to the climate... Anyone? Even the name of a specific variety would give me something to go with. Thanks.

Hi, Zeppy. I responded to this over on the Heirlooms forum, but meant to add a comment about the ingredients for the earthboxes. I prefer to garden organically, and think I will go with the container mix from Garden-Ville, 7561 E. Evans Road. Yuska
