trailing AV offspring reverted bloom color

I've heard this happens sometimes, especially when propagating AV's with fantasy markings, but I thought it was interesting.

Here's the miniature trailing AV (unknown variety) I took a leaf from:

and here's the offspring, blooming for the first time, which has reverted to a blue-violet blossom color. There's another plantlet in the same pot, and it will be interesting to see what happens when that one blooms.
