I'm a member of BGI and a computer crash ate my login info. I've posted 'webmaster' several times without a reply. How do I go about locating the information, so that I can make use of my subscription??? Maybe I don't have the correct addy either. TIA!!!

Apparently my email addy is incorrect, but I'm not certain, all I know for certain is that I've been denied access. I posted my current address late last summer - I have posted five times and have not received a reply. I've missed many months of the subscription, please let me know what to do to correct this? Attached is my most recent post to BGI. I will be out part of this week to get a new cast. Thanks Mary, I appreciate your assistance!!!!!

Sherry, I couldn't find your information so I just registered you anew over at BGI, you should get an email with all of the username/password info, etc., So sorry for the problems you had, but those emails must have got lost in the server shuffle which we have done several times over the last few months. It should work now and your membership has been reinstated to a full year starting now.
Thank you so much Mary!!! If my posts had bounced, I would have known something was up. I only became 'seriously' concerned when I check my paypal receipt and learned that my subscription was up in May and i had never been able to use the site. So, all is well that ends well. I'll login when I return from Little Rock, on Wednesday. I really appreciate your help!! Sherry
