New to Brugs

I have one that is quite tall almost 6ft, and when blooming the leaves drop. is this typical?

Hi, and welcome to the Brug forum. I don't find that mine drop leaves when blooming. Have you checked for spider mites? I sure hope you don't have them. Maybe someone else has had the same experience as you have. I really have no ideas why that would happen.

Maybe I need to clarify... a few leaves drop off. the older ones.

Mine do that if it gets too dry
the leaves will fall off a few days later
