my dw has been making this for easter and christmas since i can remember. its made with procuistto (spelling) which is an italian type ham, basket cheese, mozzerella, italian dried sausage boiled eggs. each year its gets more expensive to make. the italian ham now costs 17.00 per lb. but no matter what the cost this is my favorite.
