How do I do this to my computer

Fix it to where you have to type in the password every time you connect to the internet. I've tried going to internet options and to connections, can't there , tried going to dial up networking folder and right click on my connection clicked on properties, can't do it there. I need to make it where no one can get on the internet without typing in the password everytime they connect. My computer knows the password and automatically puts it in there when I connect.
