Hosta's and hummers

I'm trying to make my backyard hummer friendly...actually a hummingbird haven if it works out! Anyhoo...I was wondering if anyone had first hand experience of hummers feeding from their hosta's...and if so what kind? I heard they do...but I was curious which hosta's to be specific.
