Lost Yorkie?

We seem to have a lost (?) or perhaps dumped yorkie in the neighborhood. I've tried to get close to him but he runs as soon as anyone tries to approch him/her. I wish I could catch him but I can't seem to get anywhere near and he won't take food I toss... probably thinks I'm throwing things at him. It's sad, he's slightly limping and with a dog that tiney it's just a mattter of time before he's run over... I wish I had a live trap, but I'm not sure if that would even work, with my luck I'd catch a skunk! Tommorow I'm going to take my female dog out for a walk, as bait, many the shy dog has followed us home. I have a hard time immagining this tiney critter isn't missed by someone. If my son wasn't home on spring break I'd have more time to look for him, but I don't think I'll be too successful with my son tagging along. Still, I have to try.
