CLOSED: WANT: Resurrection Plant

Taylor, TX(Zone 8b)

I saw these on Ebay and really want some for my kids to play with. But...they want too much on Ebay with shipping and whatnot.
Tell me what you want and I'll see if I have some. My garden is still waking up.

Bay City, MI(Zone 6a)

i got one off ebay this winter-we love it! it wasnt to high of a price i didnt think!
1.50 +shipping but i got a few other things too!

Taylor, TX(Zone 8b)

ooh! do you remember who you got it from?

Crossville, TN(Zone 7a)

Resurrection Fern? If so I have some you can have for shipping.

Taylor, TX(Zone 8b)

That would be great! Thank you!!!
Do you want a priority stamp or what?

Crossville, TN(Zone 7a)

Oh I'm thinking it's not the same as the fern. Here is it in our yard..

If ya still want it um- a priority stamp would work I think.
If you could send a bubble envelope that would help out alot. I think I've used up my last ones this week, lol. 4 regular stamps would be fine if that saves you money. These don't weigh that much.

My address is in the address exchange.

Ohhh, it grows on a tree? I dunno... the one I'm looking for you can let it die, stick it in the closet for a year and take it out, put in water and it'll come to life. Anybody know if that's the same one?

Crossville, TN(Zone 7a)

It isnt the same- I checked the plant files.
This one does dry up and look dead then 'come to life' when it rains. Not sure if you can put it in a closet though, LOL.
You might have some around your area- check on oak tree limbs. If it's well established- after it rains good the limbs should be covered in green ferns.

Taylor, TX(Zone 8b)

Oh, okay. I really stink at ferns.

Thank you for the offer tho, I really appreciate it!

Crossville, TN(Zone 7a)

You're very welcome!
Good luck finding your plant.

Belfield, ND(Zone 4a)

I think this is the plant you are looking for. I don't think it would arrive in time for Easter though. I looked on ebay because I was intrigued with the idea of giving one to each of my nieces and nephews.

That is exactly what I am looking for. But they want $5.95 shipping plus the $9.99. Yipes! I would rather spend that kind of money on the black delphiniums (sp?) they have at Jackson & Perkins now. But I won't. Not yet. :)

Hey Michelle,

If you did not get an offer already, I can send you 3-4 but I think it would be best if they dry out first.

Were your parents Beatles fans?
