Mini is more for makign yummy salads with ya know the fancy kind and the other is for regular salads.
I have some "tom thum lettuce" if you want...
The tom thum sounds good also, I like the fact that the heads are good for single salads. No leftovers! What would you like in exchange? Don't say the queen ann's lace, I'll just add that along with whatever you'd like.
