Ah, man, revlar! I didn't know these bloom?? Wow......mine is in sun most of the day, with some hottest afternoon shade (above an azalea/hosta bed). Currently shooting out lots of babies.......when do they bloom? I mean, obviously yours is in May (lol), but certain age? After producing plantlets?

Marvellous!

Hey mkjones - If your plant is sending out lots of babies it definitly is old enought to bloom. Ours is in more shade and has babies and blooms at the same time. Babies appear sporadically throught the year - blooms usually appear April - June.

do you bring this plant in for the winter? i know it's an old thread but i just found it accidently.

Yes it does require winter protection. It is placed in the greenhouse during the colder months here in central Florida. It may survive if planted inground in a protected area if covered during periods of frost and freezing night temps.in your location.
