My mom used to cook this on St. Patrick's Day, but I have never cook corned beef, and I usually only cook cabbage with Asian food. Does anyone have a fool-proof way to cook this so I can surprise my husband tomorrow (like in a crockpot, maybe)?? We had some at a friend's house a couple of years ago and it was SO tender and delicious! I'd like to give it a shot. :)
