Hi! I'm new to DG in the past week, but just now found the welcome mat. I'm a daylily addict. I'm a transplant from Texas a number of years back and have found gardening to be a challenge here in the frozen tundra. (I particularly miss growing lots of roses) I'm also a cat-a-holic-"Just for today, I will not bring home another cat"

Oh my another daylily addict, LOL. Theres new ones popping up all the time. Glad you made it to Daves sybiltwo. your going to have a great time here.

Thanks you guys! I thoroughly enjoy this site. I am a Chemical Dependency Counselor by trade and gardening is my "therapy" (along with my cats). I became very intersted in daylilies when Brother Charles Reckamp was doing his wonderful hybridizing back in the 70's. However, I didn't become a full-blown slavering addict until about 5 years ago. Since that time.....well, I think you guys probably know the rest.

Glad to have you join our garden neighborhood here. Definately lots to learn. This is a great site. Enjoy looking around. If you have any questions, just holler. We're all pretty friendly. :)
