I never really believed there was a real spike over there.

There have been some changes at GW lately. Check out the new Homepage and do some reading on the Gadening in Canada forum. Huh? There is a link where spike actually talks in a thread. Wonder if they will stop the Disnery trips?

Interesting... I am an Ivillage member but go there about as often as I go to GW. Thanks for pointing this out, when I have some time I will check it all out. Joelle

I just went and had a wander around. Tons of ads now, so it takes awhile to download any thread on any forum. Rats. Think I'll stay here from now on.

I just went there after months of not looking. I went to the Fuchsia forum because I got a new one yesterday. I clicked on a thread which took me to a Mountain Dew video. I couldn't get out of it. I had to click Home (here) to get out of it.
I was not impressed.

No, I found the whole screen pop-ups too annoying to bother going back. That's probably what you got caught in.

Couldn't stand that place after Spike gave me a hard time when I posted the titles of a couple of good books on water gardening. :b

I checked it out because I haven't been there for a long time as well. I can't stand all those pop-up ads so I won't be going back there much either. I don't have time to visit very many forums here never mind going there as well anyhow.

I never liked GW much, always preferred daves.

Good Heavens! Do you mean to say there is a world beyond Dave's Garden Forum?
