They have to be kidding

Belleville, IL(Zone 6b)

I had a copy of the latest Bird Talk magazine and found an article about birds and language. There was a website listed that is supposed to have recordings of Budgies talking. Instead I would have named it something like People who own budgies have great imaginations.
The recordings are barely audible even when I had my speakers turned up full.
Have a listen and see what you think. I think the birds do say some words, but the sentences that have been put together are to me anyway, imaginings of the pet owner.

Let me know what you think. The web URL in the magazine is
http://www.budgieresearch.com
but that link above it is what the location bar says so anyway, let me know if you think this is clear to you or not.
I have heard budgies talk in person and they are really a lot cleared than these. The one I heard that did really well was at a house I cleaned. The grandparents babysat the bird a lot and taught it things. It was very clear what it was saying. It would call the girls names and call here kitty kitty. It said other things and we were always amused when it was back home and we could hear it clearly throughout the house.
