Makshi,

I have several lettuce seeds that I'd be willing to send you, I would like some Four O'Clocks for my deck area fence.

Thanks,

I agree with you, the broken colors 4's are beautiful! They're one of my favorite plants. I simply must grow them each year. I was introduced to a very unique flying creature when I planted some yellow 4's. It had a fearlessness that scared me, hovering in front of my face, intimidating me to move out of his way. I had no idea what kinda critter it was. Later, I tried to describe it to my brother as we sat on my porch. And a short while later, it hovered near us. "That's it! That's what I saw!" I exclaimed. My brother had a hearty laugh before he stated cockily, "Well, where I come from, we call that a ... hummingbird." He still teases me about that!

Nancy,

That is really funny and the hummers are some of my favorite little creatures.

I would be glad to send you both some if you want.

Hi Makshi,
Would you consider sending me some for a SASE? I don't have any lettuce seeds at the moment to send, but would really like some of the 4'oclocks. Thanks!
