Anyone know the id?

My mom gave me this plant for Christmas, and it came with the tag Hoya Asclepiadaceae...ha thanks!. Anyone know what its real name is? It is blooming its head off right now, and looks wonderful. Thanks for any help! Susanne

It's a Hoya Multiflora also known as Shooting Rocket. Nice flowers!.

Ricfl, yours is really nice! Mine seems to be more of an upright plant- I wonder if that's because yours is just bigger with more weight?

You are right. When the plant was smaller, it was very upright. I guess the hurricanes and weight made it lean over.
