For trade. Will send several 5 rooted pcs per trade for something that will grow in full sun or full shade.
This a beautiful variegated green and yellow ground cover that can grow in full sun or full shade. It will grow in any type soil.
Have Artemisia, Oriental Limelight for trade
and grow and grow and grow and grow..... :) It can grow upright, too. I've seen pictures of it 2' tall or more. Check out the PF for more information. It's a gorgeous plant! I hope you find homes for all of your artemesia offspring. :)
Your package is going out today, by the way. I finally had to stop adding things to it. Must be 5-6 different varieties of plants, bulbs, etc. I just kept finding things and was having so much fun, but then when I got your package yesterday (thanks, too!), I thought, gee whiz, I need to get this out! :)
My Artemisia died last year. i would like to trade. Maybe we can trade for other plants.
Is this a picture of it? http://davesgarden.com/pf/showimage/9355/ Linda
Linda,
Yes. That is it. You have mail.
Carla,
Did the cannas get there in one piece. I wish I had more to send of those but they just aren't as prolific as lets say Bengal Tiger which takes over a bed in one season. BTW. Wants some of that? Thats the next bed to clean out ':-) whew!
Do you still have this available?
Shirley1md,
I still have pleanty of Artemisia, Oriental Limelight. Do you want to trade?
Daisy
You've got mail!
Thanks, Daisy
I want some! i LOVE MUGWORT!
What do you want? I have stuff growing, but I don't know what it all is yet. Seeds of all kinds have taken off.
I'll be resuming trades the end of March, if you can wait.
Cannas showed up just fine. Might do better in a box, though. Not all postal workers treat packages as gently as they sometimes ought to. :) Yes, in fact, I'd love to have some Bengel Tiger when you go to clean it out. I just cleaned out some Obedient plant that's not very obedient (very similar to the Oriental Limelight). :) Want some of that?
Here's a pic of my Limelight....dug up the unwanted runners and potted them up.
smiln32,
NOOOOO obediant plant needed here. I have enough with Artemisia, Oriental Limelight! But I have your mailing address. Can send the bengal tiger when I get it cleaned out. But don't hurt me next year when you don't know what to do with alll those tigers! Cannas are great. No matter how hard you try to kill them ....you just can't. I have left them sitting outside in full sun for weeks. Then when I finally plant them they take off like they never skipped a day without water. I pull them out and toss them in the compost pile and they are the only item in the pile that does not decompost. Its amazing.
Witch,
You can have the Artemisia, Oriental Limelight for postage. I'm on the address exchange. Just sent me a priority stamp. I get them out to you.
Daisy,
Send 'em on. What I don't use, I will plant at our minister's house. He and his wife just returned from being missionaries to Portugal and have NO landscaping, so I'm cleaning out my beds and planting things there. Let me know what the postage is and I'll get a check out to you right away. Thanks so much for thinking of me.
~Carla
Hi Carla,
I'll get a box out to you this week. When you get the box just send postage back for what ever the postage on the box is.
Daisy
Daisy,
Awesome. Thank you kindly, ma'am. :)
Thank you, I will send it Thursday! (my day off)
Doh! I had to work Thursday, but just put it in my mailbox.
(If I'm too late, just use the stamp for someone else.)
Thanks again!
Witch
You never told me how much postage is required.
Shirley1md,
$3.85 should cover a pound of A. Limelights. My address is on the address exchange.

Oh, thank you, thank you!
Michelle
Hi Michelle,
Did you notice I had a bundle of just roots and a bundle of rooted starts? Hopefully you can scatter them around your yard and never run out of if.
Daisy
If you still have a few left, and I could possibly tempt you with asparagus roots, you would totally make my day. If not, no worries :)
Amy

Let me know,
Daisy
