its a terrific book for both beginners and experienced bakers. tells you all about the equipment to use plus all the techniques needed. some of the tables of contents reads
about baking, ingredients and their rolls, types of equipment, yeast beads, cookies, chocolates and confections, icings, glazes and sauces.
the first recipe i will be posting with be for warm gingerbread pudding.
