I thought I would like to start new thread Walking Club here on DG who do walking for excrise. I read in Woman's Day magazine and would like to start today here. You will find me ( LadyBug6) under Woman's Day forums. Anyway....
I have started walking in Jan 05.. 5 times a week between 30 to 40 minutes, and eat right . It did work. I lost some pounds. Then in Feb, I put walking excrise by going to the park on hold due sick and work on house. Lots of painting. Didn't gained or lost any weight. This month, I started back on my walking schedule also got me a new treadmill. Today I walked 40 mintues this morning. I am going to walk on my treadmill this evening. I like to walk twice a day. It makes me feel great and engery. I havent walk over 2 miles yet but one day I will. lol
