I need suggestions for a large flowering plant (need 2 of them) for the front beds at my sister's house in Kissimmee, FL. zone 8b? I had thought 2 bougainvillea about 4' tall, but the beds are in the shade (north side). Needs to bloom from now until mid June, at least, and hopefully the house will be sold by then. We need them this week, so suggestions of a nursery within 50-100 miles to get something would be helpful, too. We need to make a run up to Gainesville to see an aunt who is 92, so nurseries in that direction please.
House is sort of a pale yellow, and we bought some pink alamanda and mandevilla today.

Vireyas...tropical rhodadendrons. Something fragrant ... take your pick. Fragrance always sucks them in!!!

Thanks, everyone. Today we bought six 5' tall bottlebrush which fills the bill. We also bought 5 variegated scheffs (don't remember the latin, and no tags) and 3 allamandas (at least in the family and white) all in 1 gal to 3 gal, and all for $62 from a wholesale nursery out in the country.
