Help? Diabetic recipie

My daughters wedding is April 3. (Assuming I don't strangle her in the meantime!!) She has ordered a wedding cake, and a grooms cake. It didn't occur to her that there are at LEAST 4 diabetics on the guest list, one of whom is a child, and another her furture mother-in-law.

Does anyone have a recipie for something that could resemble a wedding cake, or grooms cake or ???? . What do other people do in this situation? I have searched the internet for diabetic cake recipies, and nothing really resembles what I'm thinking of, nor do I find any recipies for frosting?
