Caracalla Vigna Seed Sprouting?

Orangeville, PA(Zone 6a)

Hi. Does anyone have any experience with germinating these? Mine still aren't doing much. They're not rotting, and they seem a little plumper, but still no splitting or sprouting. Maybe they just take a long time? Been about three weeks, give or take. :)

I only grew them from seed once. Soaking, then using heat seemed to do the trick for me. Good luck!

I nicked mine with a nailclipper just a little and soaked them for a couple of days, till they were fat. That was Feb 8, put them on a heat mat, they sprouted in like three days, now they are about 8 inches tall or more. They have been transplanted outside in one gallon pots to acclimate them, against the house. I am hoping they will do fine, so far they have been out there for four days and are growing.

The paper towel/baggie method works with them as well. I recently did 6 seeds and had 6 germinate and grow. They're about 4-5 in tall

Mine took about 3 weeks to come up. Placed them in soil in a sunny window. I didn't soak or nick them. k
